The application is very simple. Here are a few tips:

• When used as abrasion protection:

  The protective hose is cut to the required length and then pushed over the Bowden cable housing and then shrunk with a hot air blower, thereby wrapping the hose tightly around the Bowden cable housing.

When used to change the colour of the Bowden cable housing:

First remove the black sheathing of the Bowden cable with a carpet knife, then pull the protective hose over the bare spiral and shrink it with a hot air blower.
